Short answers for applicants, and a form if you want to leave a note on this demonstration.
What is a Police Clearance Certificate?
It is an official Ghana Police Service document people are often asked to present for employment, study, travel, or a licence. This site demonstrates the request and the checks around it. It does not issue a certificate.
What do I need to apply?
Your name, date of birth, Ghana Card number in the form GHA-123456789-0, a phone number, an email address, your region, and the reason for the certificate.
How does the one-time token work?
After you submit the demonstration form, the next screen shows a reference number and a token. Open Verify Clearance and enter that token to see the same demonstration record. The token is kept in your browser session only.
How do I check progress?
Open Application Status and enter the reference number from the confirmation screen. The status shown here is for the demonstration record in this session.
Is Officer Login connected?
No. The officer screen is part of the website concept. Submitting it does not sign anyone in and does not open police systems.
Why does the footer say website concept?
This is a design of the public NCABIS site. Applications, tokens, and messages stay in the demonstration. Nothing is lodged with the Ghana Police Service.
